Several years ago Greg Mattson perceived an unmet need in the catering landscape of the Michiana area.
No local caterers were well equipped to handle very large functions.
Only the local Civic Center could handle events for over 500 people and then, only on-site.
Events like company picnics, grand openings and the like were totally unserved.
Addressing this need Greg purchased a number of pieces of mobile equipment, and formed Mattson's Meat Masters.
The addition of Chef Jonathan Krause added a new dimension to Greg's service package: Up Scale Dining.
